About Us

Thank you for visiting our site. We are a Small Family Business that originated more than 27 years ago when a 13 year old boy (Shawn Metcalf) decided to take on the local Labor Board to secure a Business License so that he could run his Lawn Care Business. He won, and so it began. Shawn Metcalf Sr. had a vision at a very early age, he was only 13 when he started his business and started mowing lawns. Today he has built his dream into a Family oriented Tree and Landscape Business. Shawn and Kelley Metcalf live in Troy, Virgnia and have 4 children.

Who We Are

Shawn Metcalf Sr. is the President and physical brains behind the company. Out in the field he meets with the client and ensures that all of their concerns are addressed.

Kelley Metcalf is the Vice-President, and runs the office (and the kids!) She will take your call and make sure that all of your needs are addressed.

Our children are a growing part of our company. David 22 is currently serving in the Marine Corps, Halle our daughter is a Junior in High School, Sariah is in 2nd grade, and Shawn Jr. is our 1st grade monkey!
